Davids lands 'indefinite' drugs ban

Juventus midfielder Edgar Davids has been banned indefinitely by the Italian Football Association (FIGC) following his failed drugs tests.

The Dutch international submitted a sample showing traces of nandrolone, a banned substance, after his side's game against Udinese on March 4 and it was revealed yesterday that a second test also proved positive.
