Davies agrees new five-year deal

Midfielder Simon Davies has agreed a new five-year deal which will keep him at Tottenham until 2007.

The 22-year-old Welsh international has emerged as a key player, missing only one game this season.

However, Chris Armstrong, the 30-year-old striker, will be released this summer.
