Antonio Conte believes Pedro is reaching the same heights with Chelsea as he did at Barcelona after finally finding his feet at Stamford Bridge.
Pedro joined Chelsea from Barcelona in 2015 in a deal worth around £20 million, but struggled with the rhythm of English football as the Blues had a poor season following Jose Mourinho's disastrous departure
The 29-year-old looks a player reborn under Conte, with the Italian coach's 3-4-3 system allowing Pedro to focus on making decisive contributions further up the pitch as in the 3-0 victory at Leicester last weekend.
Pedro has already matched last season's total of eight goals in all competitions, and Conte is delighted to see him - and Willian - battling for a starting role for the title favourites as they take on Hull at the Bridge on Sunday.
"I think all of us can see his performance," Conte said.
"We are seeing the best moment of Pedro. I think that this Pedro played this type of football when he was at Barcelona.
"Pedro, for sure now is a really important player for us. In the same way Willy has recovered good form, Eden [Hazard] and also Diego [Costa]
"I think that now we have four players that are playing very, very well, in a fantastic way.

"I'm pleased for this, because this allows me also to make different choices game by game.
"Honestly this situation is not simple for me to make this decision."
