Palermo club president Maurizio Zamparini has confirmed that star striker Paulo Dybala ‘will leave’ the Serie A side this summer.

The 21-year-old Argentine has scored 12 goals in 27 games for Palermo this season, attracting interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, including Arsenal and Manchester United.

Standard Sport reported last week that Arsenal were continuing to monitor Dybala, though an asking price of £30 million has left doubts in the Gunners camp regarding whether to make an offer for his services.

Arsene Wenger’s side have scouted the Palermo man on several occasions already but Zamparini, while confirming his star talent will leave the club this summer, remains unsure whether he will leave Italy completely.

"It's clear that Paulo will leave," he told Live Sicilia. "Indeed, we're looking for another striker.

"At home we only have [Andrea] Belotti so, besides him, we will have another forward [for next season]."

Italian giants Juventus are also admirers of Dybala, and with reports that Fernando Llorente could leave Turin this summer, a move from Palermo to Turin cannot be overlooked.
