Thomas Partey has been included in the Arsenal squad for their pre-season tour of America.
The midfielder, the best-paid player at the club on around £200,000-a-week, did not feature in last Friday’s 5-3 win over Nurnberg in Germany.
But Partey has been named in the Arsenal squad that that departed for the United States on Wednesday.
Arsenal are due to play three pre-season friendlies in the United States.
They face Everton in Baltimore on Sunday followed by two games in Orlando against Orlando City on July 21 and then Chelsea on July 23.
Bernd Leno has been included in the squad amid interest in the goalkeeper from Fulham.
New signings Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira and Marquinhos are all included in the squad.
