Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso "dreams" of representing Arsenal in the future and believes his playing style suits the Premier League.

The 22-year-old broke into Lyon's first-team in 2013 and is now a key member of Bruno Genesio's side.

Tolisso has started the season in fine form, scoring three goals in eight Ligue 1 appearances to help his side climb to fifth place in the table.

Lyon are competing in the Champions League this season but Tolisso, who has been capped by France at Under-21 level, admits he could be swayed by the prospect of joining one of Europe's elite clubs.

"Many clubs make me dream like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and England with teams like Arsenal," he is quoted as saying by France Football.

Foreign players often require a period of adaptation before reproducing their best form in England's top tier but the prospect of testing himself in such a competitive environment appeals to Tolisso.

"I love the Premier League and I think I have the profile.

"This is the championship that also offers more competition, which is the most open, the most contested and most spectacular," he insisted.
