Standard Sport assesses the individual performances from Arsenal's 4-1 victory over Newcastle United.

On a night where reports suggested some fans would once again voice their displeasure towards Arsene Wenger's management of the club, his side turned on the style in what was one of their best attacking displays of the season.

France international Olivier Giroud rose brilliantly to head the hosts in front, and Wenger's men went in at half time a goal to the good.

Newcastle did, however, grab a consolation in the second half, but another from Giroud - and a brace from birthday boy Santi Cazorla - secured maximum points for the Gunners, with what was their second 4-1 triumph in a week.
