Dates have been confirmed for the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup, in which Arsenal, West Ham and Chelsea will all be taking part.

Arsenal will host West Ham at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, December 19, with kick-off scheduled for 7:45pm.

Meanwhile Chelsea’s clash with Bournemouth will take place 24 hours later at Stamford Bridge.

The EFL had previously confirmed that Manchester City’s away tie at Leicester City and the visit of Manchester United to Bristol City would be the week’s televised games, the former scheduled for December 19 at 7:45pm and the latter kicking off at 8pm the following day.

Two-legged semi-finals are scheduled for the weeks commencing January 8 and January 22, 2018, with the final on February 25.

The draw for the fifth round was marred in controversy as plans to livestream proceedings on Twitter had to be cancelled due to what the EFL subsequently confirmed were “a number of third part technical issues”, including a faulty encoder.
