Unai Emery appears to have accidentally revealed Arsenal tactics and possible starting XI for Thursday's crucial Europa League semi-final first leg against Valencia CF.

During Wednesday's open training session, the manager's notes were on show for photographers and show a 3-4-3 line-up on two separate sheets on paper; one hand-written and one typed.

Petr Cech is expected to keep his place as the cup goalkeeper and looks set to play behind a back three of Shkodran Mustafi, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Konstantinos Mavropanos.

Carl Jenkinson looks to have got the nod at right-back, which is a surprise given Ainsley Maitland-Niles' Premier League suspension, but left-back is obscured.

In midfielder, Lucas Torreira and Granit Xhaka should start in holding roles with Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan supporting Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

As we learned last summer during the World Cup with those nosey eyes on Gareth Southgate's England clipboard, this could well end up being nothing like Thursday's confirmed starting XI.
