Chelsea and Tottenham are set to slug it out at the League Cup final on Sunday - but fans can use twitter to claim bragging rights the night before.

Social media savvy supporters of the two London teams will have a chance to light up Wembley Stadium's iconic arch on the eve of the game in their chosen club's colours.

Twitter have announced that conversation around two designated hashtags will be tracked throughout this week - #ChelseaAtWembley and #SpursAtWembley.

The hashtag that receives most use on Twitter before 6pm on Saturday will be declared the winner, and the arch will be lit up in that team's colours the night before the final.

Alex Trickett, Head of Sport at Twitter UK said: "It will be incredible to see fans from the UK and around the world reaching for their devices to light up the Wembley arch this weekend."
