With the start of the summer transfer window drawing ever closer, the clubs are constantly making moves behind the scenes.

Last year, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho acted fast in the summer window and the 51-year-old has reaped the rewards this season. Arguably the most influential additions Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa arrived at Stamford Bridge by mid-July but the Portuguese manager would've been drawing up plans months in advance. And the Special One has already bagged one signing.

But it's Manchester United who have made the biggest signing so far with the acquisition of Memphis Depay, with the Dutch star having completed his medical earlier this week.

The Evening Standard broke the news that Raheem Sterling will 'definitely' quit Liverpool this summer. The player's agent, Aidy Ward, said an offer of £900,000-a-week would not keep the England star at Liverpool, while Arsenal were reported to have sealed a deal for Arturo Vidal.

After Tuesday's talk that Real Madrid were monitoring Liverpool star Raheem Sterling, it's now being reported the Spanish Giants are closing in on David de Gea, while United will turn to Hugo Lloris.
