Chelsea target Antoine Griezmann has dismissed the possibility of a move to the Premier League, insisting he is happy in Spain.
The Atletico Madrid forward emerged as a target for Chelsea in the summer and they are expected to revive their interest after this season in light of the travails of a frontline that has scored just four league goals all season.
Griezmann, deployed as a central striker in Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid side but capable of playing in any attacking role, has managed 11 goals and three assists in the Champions League and La Liga to cement his reputation as one of Europe’s brightest prospects.
But the 24-year-old, whose contract lasts until 2020, has no intention of trading in Madrid for London.

"I do not feel the need to play in Ligue 1, nor in the Premier League or in Serie A," Griezmann told the Canal Football Club.
"I am in Spain – I'm happy. Life here, football, I like it all."
Atletico currently lie second in the La Liga table, just two points behind leaders Barcelona after a run of four victories in which they have not conceded a goal and Griezmann has scored three.
