Chelsea have been drawn against Fiorentina in the Women’s Champions League last 16.

The WSL champions, who beat Bosnian side SFK 2000 11-0 on aggregate in the round of 32, were among eight seeds in the draw in Nyon on Monday morning and were handed a tie against Italian opposition in the form of Fiorentina.

The Viola finished third in Serie A last season but qualified for the Champions League after second-placed Brescia gave their spot in the competition to AC Milan.

Chelsea are the last remaining English club in the competition after Atletico Madrid beat Manchester City 3-1 on aggregate. The Spanish side will face two-time champions Wolfsburg whilst holders Lyon have been drawn against Ajax.

Matches in the two-legged ties are scheduled to take place on October 17 and 18 and October 31 and November 1.
