No deal yet: Andre Schurrle's move to Wolfsburg has not yet been agreed
Standard Sport1 February 2015

Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs has said the club are yet to agree a deal for Chelsea's Andre Schurrle.

The German international, who joined from Bayer Leverkusen for £18m in 2013, wants to leave west London after being frozen out of the first team by manager Jose Mourinho.

Wolfsburg initially bid £23.5m, but Chelsea wanted closer to the £30m mark and now the two clubs have met in the middle, with the total sum including add-ons.

Schurrle's departure will signal the arrival Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina, though Allofs suggested on Friday that the German's move to Wolfsburg is far from a done deal ahead of Monday's deadline.

"There is no agreement at the moment," sporting director Klaus Allofs told Wolfsburger Nachrichten. "The clock is running out. Our options are getting less hour by hour.

“It depends on money. We still would like to sign him."
