Chelsea interim manager Guus Hiddink has admitted Eden Hazard could leave the Blues this summer.

The Belgian winger was crowned PFA Player of the Year last season but has struggled for form throughout the current campaign.

The 25-year-old has not scored a Premier League goal since May but finally opened his account for the season during Sunday's comfortable 5-1 victory over MK Dons in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Hazard's slump in form - which coincided with the Blues' poor start to the season - has led to speculation he could leave Stamford Bridge with Real Madrid touted to be his primary potential suitors.

Selling Hazard, who is one of the west Londoners' prized assets, was once unthinkable for Chelsea but Hiddink has conceded the winger could move on at the end of the season after such a disappointing campaign.

"It’s not up to me - it’s up to the club," Hiddink told Goal.

"My advice to Eden is he could be a Chelsea great for years to come - but he could leave in the summer.

"He’s of big value to Chelsea - a very important player, a nice player. But he’s been struggling with injuries for a while now."
