Chelsea vs Tottenham team news: Three changes for Spurs as Antonio Conte picks same 3-4-3

Chelsea are unchanged for Saturday's Premier League clash against Tottenham, while Mauricio Pochettino has made three changes to his starting XI.

Antonio Conte has named the same starting XI for the sixth league match in a row, while Christian Eriksen, Jan Vertonghen and Kyle Walker have come in for Spurs.

Chelsea XI: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso; Pedro, Costa, Hazard

Chelsea subs: Begovic, Ivanovic, Chalobah, Oscar, Fabregas, Willian, Batshuayi

Spurs XI: Lloris, Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Wimmer, Wanyama, Dembele, Eriksen, Dele, Son, Kane

Spurs subs: Vorm, Trippier, Carter-Vickers, Winks, Onomah, Nkoudou, Janssen
