Chelsea's Cesc Fabregas open to Real Madrid move; Arsenal given N'Golo Kante boost - Monday's transfer gossip

With the 2015/16 Premier League season all but wrapped up, attention now turns to Euro 2016 and the transfer market.

Cesc Fabregas ended his season in fine form with Chelsea, but with no European football next term for the Blues, the Spanish midfielder is reportedly considering heading back to Spain.

However, the La Masia graduate - who is not Arsenal's favourite former player after joining Barcelona and then heading to Chelsea - could be about to anger Barca fans with his next move.

Elsewhere, West Ham have announced they will bolster their midfield with Borussia Monchengladbach's Havard Nordtveit, though that may cause present Hammers to reconsider their futures.

And a whole host of Premier League clubs are set to go on another striking merry-go-round, with the fate of Romelu Lukaku likely to affect the summer spending of PSG, Tottenham, Chelsea and West Brom.

And that's before we even get to the mercurial enigma that is Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swedish star knows who his next club is, but he's not telling just yet.
