Eden Hazard is looking forward to getting "back to business" at Chelsea after enjoying a successful international break with his nation Belgium.

The Chelsea winger captained his nation in the absence of Vincent Kompany to a 1-1 friendly draw against the Netherlands last week before scoring in the Red Devils' 8-1 thrashing of Estonia on Sunday.

The impressive victory in the World Cup qualifier in Brussels leaves Belgium sitting top of Group H with 12 points, two more than secon-placed Greece, who they play in March.

With seven goals and one assist for Chelsea already this season, Hazard is enjoying a revival in form.

And the forward admitted he is relishing the chance to return to England and help Antonio Conte's men, who sit in second place in the Premier League standings, push for the title when the Blues resume action against Middlesbrough this Sunday.

"Travelling home after a busy international break for @belgianreddevils with my friend @christianbenteke now back to business with @chelseafc," Hazard wrote on Instagram on Tuesday morning.

The winger gave Chelsea a scare on Sunday when he asked to be substituted off in the 73rd minute against Estonia with an apparent calf injury.

But Belgium coach Roberto Martinez later revealed Hazard was replaced after being kicked in his calf but had not suffered a serious injury.
