John Terry would have been forgiven for taking an extended summer break after playing every single minute of Chelsea's Premier League title-winning season.
The centre-back also became the highest-scoring top flight defender in the 2014-15 campaign and added the Capital One Cup to his impressive haul of medals.
But after a brief break with his family in the Maldives, the former England captain was already back at Chelsea's Cobham training complex to prepare for pre-season.
The 34-year-old shared an clip of himself doing a dribbling exercise and added the caption: "Great to have the ball at my feet today doing a few circuits and a few box to box runs. Getting ready for pre season."
Chelsea's top targets in the summer transfer window
The champions will start their pre-season schedule against the New York Red-Bulls in New Jersey on July 23 before matches against PSG and Barcelona.
