Thibaut Courtois expects to be back on the football field 'soon' after suffering a knock to the head in Sunday’s win over Arsenal.

The Chelsea goalkeeper was involved in a first-half clash with Arsene Wenger’s summer signing Alexis Sanchez and began bleeding from his ear moments later.

Paramedics rushed to be by the side of the Blues no 1 after Petr Cech was thrown on in his place inside 25 minutes.
