China vs England: Women’s World Cup prediction, kick-off time, team news, TV, live stream, h2h, odds today

Marc Mayo1 August 2023

England need just a point to make it into the knockout phase of the Women’s World Cup against China today.

The Lionesses have hardly set the world alight during their 1-0 wins over Haiti and Denmark respectively but are on course to sail into the business end of the tournament.

However, they will be without key midfielder Keira Walsh due to injury having already seen a number of their star players denied a World Cup outing.

China left it late to beat Haiti last time out having suffered a tough defeat to Denmark to open their tournament.

Never before have they failed to get out the group stage at a Women’s World Cup.

Date, kick-off time and venue

China vs England is scheduled for a 12pm BST kick-off today on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

The match will take place at Hindmarsh Stadium in Adelaide.
