Referee Chris Foy, the subject of Jose Mourinho's fury at Villa Park on Saturday, is to be sent to Hull on Saturday by the Premier League for the match with West Brom.
Foy has been named referee for the KC Stadium fixture - where Newcastle boss Alan Pardew infamously headbutted Hull midfielder David Meyler earlier this month, receiving a seven-match ban - despite a display during Chelsea's 1-0 loss to Aston Villa which provoked Mourinho's ire.
The Blues boss suggested Foy should not be appointed for Chelsea games following the loss, which saw Willian and Ramires sent off and the Portuguese sent to the stands.
Premier League leaders Chelsea play fellow title hopefuls Arsenal in a game which will be refereed by Andre Marriner.
Marriner awarded Chelsea a controversial penalty in November's draw with West Brom which preserved Mourinho's unbeaten home record in the Premier League. Ramires was thought by many to have dived to be awarded the spot-kick, which was converted by Eden Hazard.
Chelsea supporters again vented their fury against Foy at six-time Olympic champion cyclist Sir Chris Hoy after the loss to Fabian Delph's deft goal.
BBC Football Focus presented Dan Walker on Saturday wrote on Twitter: "Poor old @chrishoy could be in for it tonight £FoynotHoy."
Hoy, who was at the Revolution Series event at the London Velodrome on Saturday night, responded: "They're coming thick and fast! With an emphasis on the 'thick'."
It is not the first time Hoy has been on the receiving end of abuse from football fans, with Chelsea supporters repeating their mistake.
Last April, in the days leading up to the cyclist's official retirement announcement, Chelsea fans took to Twitter to criticise Foy's officiating in the previous weekend's FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester City at Wembley - but aimed their messages at the wrong man.
When Foy played a controversial role in Tottenham's loss to Stoke in December 2011 the abuse continued into a second day.

Hoy responded then: "Just for the record 1) I don't need glasses and 2)I do not lead a double life as an English premier league ref. That's Chris Foy.
"Still getting some rather amusing grief from Spurs fans! On the plus side I've learned some new 4 letter words today. £FoyNotHoy."
