AC Milan forward Nnamdi Oduamadi claims Crystal Palace are interested in signing him.

Oduamadi, on loan at Serie B side Crotone, says Palace have sent scouts to watch him but work permit issues may scupper any potential move to Selhurst Park.

The Eagles' strike-force has managed just five goals between them so far this season, with summer addition Fraizer Campbell scoring three, and Neil Warnock has revealed he will look to sign a striker in January.

The Palace boss last month said the club won’t be able to spend money to compete for top stikers, but Oduamadi is the subject of interest.

The Nigeria international, 24, who has made just one substitute appearance for Milan, said: "Yes, Crystal Palace came to watch me and they are interested, but the problem is securing a work permit, let's see what happens.

"It has been my dream to play in the English Premier League. I have to keep working hard because many teams are also interested."
