Adlene Guediora replaced ineligible striker Cameron Jerome in Crystal Palace's line-up to face Stoke at Selhurst Park in the Barclays Premier League.

Jerome was unable to face parent club Stoke due to the terms of his season-long Palace loan deal.

Tony Pulis made just one change from the starting XI that slipped up 2-0 at Spurs last week, with Jason Puncheon retained as expected despite his horror penalty miss.

Loan signing John Guidetti took a seat on Stoke's bench, while winger Oussama Assaidi replaced Marko Arnautovic, with boss Mark Hughes excluding Kenwyne Jones after the striker refused to play in last week's 5-3 defeat at Liverpool.

Crystal Palace: Speroni, Mariappa, Gabbidon, Delaney, Parr, Bolasie, Ward, Jedinak, Puncheon, Guedioura, Chamakh. Subs: O'Keefe, Gayle, Wilbraham, Williams, Moxey, Price, Bannan.

Stoke: Butland, Cameron, Shawcross, Wilson, Pieters, Whelan, Nzonzi, Walters, Adam, Assaidi, Crouch. Subs: Guidetti, Muniesa, Palacios, Arnautovic, Sorensen, Shotton, Ireland.
