Crystal Palace have been drawn to face Tottenham in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The Eagles, who lost in the final to Manchester United in 2016, beat 10-man Grimsby at Selhurst Park on Saturday to clinch their first win in the competition for two years.

Jordan Ayew's late header spared Palace's blushes as he diverted Jeffrey Schlupp's cross past James McKeown to finally breach League Two Town's resilient rearguard just minutes from time.

It came after Andrew Fox had been dismissed by Video Assistant Referee (VAR) John Moss inside three minutes.

Palace were knocked out by bitter rivals Brighton in the third round last season, while they needed a replay to see off League One Bolton 12 months earlier.

But progression to the fourth round means Palace have already matched their best run in the competition since their incredible run to the Wembley final under Alan Pardew three years ago.

The Eagles beat four Premier League sides before succumbing to Manchester United at the national stadium, though Jason Puncheon's strike gave the underdogs a brief lead.
