Dougie Freedman is playing it cool

Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman better hope his words don't come back to haunt him as he weighed up the relegation battle ahead of tonight's trip to Leicester.

Palace are five points clear of the bottom three and have a woeful away record of just one win from 19 games. But a positive Freedman said: "I'm not concerned by the likes of Preston and Sheffield United."

Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni is taking a more cautious view and said: "There isn't an easy game for us between now and the end of the season."
