Eden Hazard says Chelsea's players are 'giving everything' for new manager Antonio Conte.
The Blues beat Watford 2-1 on Saturday afternoon to maintain their unbeaten record under the Italian coach but needed another late strike from Diego Costa to do so.
Watford looked set to secure an unlikely victory after Etienne Capoue put them ahead but a series of substitutions by Conte changed the game, with Michy Batshuayi finding the net before Costa's strike.
Chelsea exhibited a resilience in the latter stages of the game at Vicarage Road that was scantly seen last season and Hazard has praised the belief in Conte's camp.
"He's a good manager, he believes in his team and we try to give everything for him. We want to win for the fans too," Hazard told Chelsea TV.
"We have a good team, there are a lot of good teams in the Premier League and we will see at the end, but of course we want to be the champions.
"The attitude is fantastic, even in training everyone wants to win games. That's why now we are winning," he added.
Chelsea are one of just four teams to boast a perfect record just two games into the season and sit behind Manchester City, Manchester United and Hull City in the table.
Hazard is well aware there is a long way to go but has praised Chelsea for making such a bright start as they attempt to keep pace with their rivals.
"It's just the start of the season but if we want to stay at the top we have to win. Both Manchester teams won, we had to win and we did.
"Two great games, we won two games, I am happy and I want to do my best for this team," added the Belgian.
