Chelsea's Eden Hazard, Arsenal's Mesut Ozil and West Ham's Dimitri Payet make Euro 2016 best XI based on stats

Portugal may have upset France by winning Euro 2016 on French soil, but it seems not one of Fernando Santos' men could force their way into Oulala's best XI of the tournament.

Portugal reigned victorious without their talisman Cristiano Ronaldo in Paris at the weekend as Santos' side secured an extra-time 1-0 win over Didier Deschamps' men to record their first-ever major tournament title.

Despite Ronaldo ending the competition with three goals - the joint-second most in the tournament - he did not make the cut as daily fantasy football game Oulala chose their best 11 based on statistics from the European Championships.

Among those in the team were three London-based players in West Ham star Dimitri Payet, Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.

Payet stole the headlines in France's opening group stage game as the 29-year-old scored an 89th-minute winner against Romania to eventually end the tournament with three goals.

Hazard, meanwhile, put his woes at Stamford Bridge behind him with a stunning strike in Belgium's 4-0 win over Hungary while Ozil helped World Champions Germany reach the last four where they were knocked out by France.

But who else made the cut? Watch the video above to see our top 11 from Euro 2016!
