Northern Ireland have qualified for the Euro 2016 knockout stages after the Czech Republic’s defeat to Turkey on Tuesday night.

Michael O’Neill’s side will now face either France or Wales in the last 16, having finished third in Group C, despite losing to Germany in their final group match in Paris.

The likelihood is that they will face hosts France in Lyon on Sunday night, but depending on how results pan out tomorrow, they could yet be draw against Chris Coleman’s side.

Should Northern Ireland finish as the third-best third-place finishers come the completion of the group stages, they will take on the Welsh in Paris on Saturday.

Tune into Standard Sport tomorrow for all of the action from Wednesday final round of group stage matches.
