Fulham fans celebrate Premier League promotion outside Craven Cottage

1/30

Fulham fans celebrated into the night after watching their team win promotion back into the Premier League at the first time of asking.

A double from Joe Bryan secured a 2-0 win over Brentford at Wembley, the first a smart 35-yard free kick which caught out goalkeeper David Raya before a second late on to settle the game.

Fulham's return to the top flight capped an emotional first season in charge for Scott Parker, coming 15 months after his appointment on a permanent basis and at the end of a mammoth campaign.

"I feel emotional, the journey you go on - the ups and downs along the way, the disappointment," he told Sky Sports.

"I'm the face which fronts it up but behind the scenes is a support network of people who keep you going. I feel for those who are not here and those who have supported me as the manager.

"I'm very proud of my team and what we've done."

Fans were out in force in west London outside of Craven Cottage to celebrate the promotion.
