Tottenham are adamant they will reject any offer from Bayern Munich for Harry Kane, after the Bundesliga champions launched a move to sign the England captain.

The Athletic reported this morning that Bayern had made a formal offer of £60million plus add-ons for Kane.

Spurs say they have not received any bid for Kane but have insisted any offer to sign the 29-year-old would be immediately rejected.

Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel has identified the England captain as one of his top summer transfer targets.

Kane has just one year left on his contract at Spurs, who have ruled out the possibility of selling him to a Premier League rival amid interest from Manchester United.
