Hull v Manchester United team news: Darren Fletcher makes first start since 2012

Darren Fletcher was handed his first Manchester United start in over a year at Hull to cap his comeback from a chronic bowel condition.

Fletcher last appeared in the first XI in December 2012, but has made two substitute appearances this month, while Danny Welbeck was passed fit despite knee problems.

Hull, whose manager Steve Bruce is eyeing a first win over former club United in 15 years as a manager, sent out the same side for the fourth Barclays Premier League match in a row.

Hull: McGregor, Bruce, Chester, Davies, Elmohamady, Figueroa, Meyler, Huddlestone, Livermore, Graham, Sagbo

Manchester United: De Gea, Rafael, Smalling, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Cleverley, Fletcher, Young, Rooney, Welbeck.
