Irish players capped their qualification for Euro 2016 in true style on Tuesday night, heading to a Dublin bar for a celebratory sing song.

Martin O’Neill’s men had booked their place at the tournament with a 2-0 home win over Bosnia, with Jonathan Walters the hero as he scored both goals.

The Stoke forward did not join in the celebrations at the Auld Dubliner in Temple Bar, but plenty of other Irish stars were leading the celebrations. Shane Long took the leading role on guitar, with Robbie Keane singing lead vocals on The Hurler’s Daughter.

And as you can see below, Robby Brady and Wes Hoolahan did a pretty impressive stint as the backing vocalists to Robbie’s star turn.

The quartet weren’t the only players in jubilant spirits after the victory, even the notoriously stern Roy Keane felt comfortable cracking a joke.

Referencing the moment when he departed the 2002 World Cup over a disagreement with then-manager Mick McCarthy, O’Neill’s assistant said: “As long as we’re not in Saipan we’ll be alright!

“We’ll cross that bridge. We’ll let the players enjoy it for now.”
