Jamie Vardy has committed his long-term future to Leicester after signing a contract extension that will keep him at the King Power Stadium until 2019.
The striker joined the Foxes from non-league side Fleetwood Town in 2012 and has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the pinnacle of the game.
The 29-year-old, who attracted interest from Chelsea earlier in the season, has scored 18 goals in the Premier League this season to help Leicester climb to the top of the table.
Vardy's club form has also secured international recognition Roy Hodgson and he is in line to secure a place in England's Euro 2016 squad this summer.
"I’m absolutely delighted to be fighting to achieve something special with this club, as part of this squad," Vardy told the club's official website.
"I've never known a spirit like it - from the owners, to the manager and his staff, the players and the fans. I want to be part of it for a long time.
"Leicester have shown nothing but total faith in me since the day I arrived here three and a half years ago and it's impossible to measure how much that belief has helped me to improve.
"I’ll forever be grateful for the investment the club has made in me and I’ll spend every day working to repay it."

Manager Claudio Ranieri added: "He has had an unbelievable journey to get to this point in his career and continues to play every game as if it's his last.
"I love his spirit, which is a quality I want in my players above all else."
Leicester travel to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal next weekend and could solidify their place at the top of the table if they secure all three points against Arsene Wenger's side.
