Arsenal stars Aaron Ramsey and Theo Walcott have welcomed the news that Arsene Wenger will remain at Emirates Stadium until 2017.

Throughout last season, Wenger regularly assured supporters he would pen a new deal in the summer and he finally made good on his promise on Friday.

#WengerSigns was trending on Twitter, as fans took to social media to congratulate the 64-year-old, who joined the Premier League club in 1996.
