Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that he is still looking to bring three more players in before the transfer window closes next Thursday.

The Spurs boss began his summer business later than any of his Premier League counterparts, but eventually did so with a splash by breaking the club’s transfer record to bring in Colombian defender Davinson Sanchez from Dutch outfit Ajax.

Goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga then arrived from former club Southampton, while the club have also been linked with Everton's Ross Barkley, Juan Foyth of Estudiantes and PSG right-back Serge Aurier.

Speaking ahead of his side’s Premier League clash against Burnley at Wembley this weekend, Pochettino – who had previously stated he wanted to add four players this summer – revised his transfer plans.

He told reporters: “I wanted four players before, I said? One keeper plus four!

“Maybe three more now.”

He added: "I cannot speak about rumours but you can find the names."
