It is understood Harris will likely be fined rather than face an FA ban.

Millwall manager Neil Harris will be on the touchline for Sunday’s League One play-off game against Bradford despite being charged with misconduct by the FA.

It is understood Harris will not contest the charge, which relates to an incident that saw him sent to the stands at Gillingham last Sunday, but a fine is the likely punishment.

The Lions are bidding for an immediate return to the Championship and striker Steve Morison said: “It is the level we need to be at and it is the level we should be at.

“If we can bounce back straight away it shows how well the boys have done and how much good work the manager has done.

"It has been a great season but we know we have achieved nothing yet. We have put ourselves in with a chance of promotion. If we manage that, then we can talk about what a great season it has been.

“I said to the boys that our season started on Tuesday, when we started preparing for Bradford. We have got a three-game season and three wins will see us into the Championship.”

Millwall finished fourth in League One, four points off the automatic promotion places. Bradford ended the season in fifth, just one point behind them, and Morison is targeting a positive result to take back to The Den for the second leg next Friday.

Morison added: “It is going to be hostile up there on Sunday, it is going to be physical and it is a tough place to go.

“It will be a big test but we have managed to overcome all those this season and this is just another one in our way.

"Hopefully we take a positive result back to The Den. We are enjoying playing and winning at the moment. Winning is a bit of a habit and we have got that.”

Lee Gregory could start after the striker returned to action against Gillingham last weekend.
