He only sealed a £40million move to Manchester United following Chelsea's return, but is still yet to play a match since the FA Cup Final on May 27.

Matic trained with his Manchester United team-mates for the first time on Tuesday and is eligible to make his debut in United's final tour match at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Jose Mourinho's men will then contest the Uefa Super Cup on August 8 before they open the new Premier League campaign against West Ham on August 13.
