New Tottenham training pictures show Tanguy Ndombele in action amid Jose Mourinho rift reports

Tottenham's first team were back on the training ground on Thursday amid reports of a bust-up between Tanguy Ndombele and Jose Mourinho.

A relatively comfortable win over West Ham - completing the double over their local rivals for the first time since Andre Villas-Boas' reign - was soon followed by reports from France that the pair's relationship had broken down completely.

Ndombele was on the bench for both the draw with Manchester United and the win over the Hammers, but failed to make it off the bench in either game.

Before football's shutdown, Mourinho had singled Ndombele out over his performances and fitness before praising the midfielder's commitment in training as the Premier League worked towards a return.

Ndombele was seen training on Thursday with the likes of Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld, two more players who are yet to feature since the restart.

It was a scorching day at Hotspur Way in Enfield - the hottest of the year with temperatures reaching 33.3C in the capital - with the likes fo Giovani Lo Celso, Dele Alli, Harry Kane and youngster Harvey White all on show.
