Real Madrid are once again looking for a new manager to replace Zinedine Zidane after the head coach on Thursday ended his second spell in charge.

Zidane has led to two league titles and three Champions League victories since 2015, but saw rivals Atletico Madrid win La Liga this season as Real finished in second by two points.

The 2020-21 season with the first in 11 years in which Real Madrid failed to win a trophy, with the new head coach tasked with avoiding a repeat.

Antonio Conte, who on Wednesday announced his exit from Inter Milan just days after winning Serie A, is the favourite.

Max Allegri has long been linked but confirmation of Zidane's departure was soon followed by reports of a return to Juventus for the Italian.
