'No Manchester United offer' for Luis Fabiano

Brazil star Fabiano has been linked to AC Milan and Manchester United

The agent of Brazil and Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano has played down speculation linking his client with a move to Manchester United or AC Milan.

Luis Fabiano's stock has risen after he hit three goals for Brazil on their run to the World Cup quarter-finals, where they were surprisingly defeated by Holland.

The 29-year-old is out of contract at Sevilla next summer but has a buy-out clause which would allow him to move for 30million euros.

That price tag could prove prohibitive with the player's contract so close to expiry, and Luis Fabiano's agent Jose Fuentes admitted no approaches had been made for the player aside from a new contract offer from his current employers.

"We have not received any offers from Manchester United or Milan," Fuentes told Italian website www.tuttomercatoweb.com.

"The only offer we have received is a contract extension from Sevilla. The rest are just rumours and speculation.

"We will analyse Sevilla's offer in the coming days but we are not in a hurry."

Luis Fabiano scored 15 goals in 22 Primera Liga appearances for Sevilla last term, and has averaged close to a goal every other game for the Spanish outfit since joining from Porto in 2005.
