Oleksandr Zinchenko spotted signing Arsenal shirts with official announcement imminent

Incoming Arsenal signing Oleksandr Zinchenko is busy endearing himself to his new fans by signing Gunners shirts, despite yet to be officially announced as having joined.

the Ukrainian international is set to become Mikel Arteta’s fifth summer signing after a deal worth £32million was agreed with Manchester City. He has signed a four-year deal and undergone a medical.

Speaking after Arsenal’s 3-1 pre-season friendly win over Orlando City, a game which Zinchenko attended and sat alongside technical director Edu, Arteta told reporters: "There are still a few formalities to get everything completed but we're really happy to have him. I know the player really well. He's an exceptional footballer.

In the blistering Florida heat, Zinchenko openly signed Arsenal fans’ shirts as he waited to be confirmed as a Gunner.

Eddie Nketiah, Gabriel Martinelli and Reiss Nelson also scored against Orlando City. Arsenal take on Chelsea on Saturday to finish their tour of the United States.
