Chelsea have warned their fans to behave during the FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham or face getting banned from Stamford Bridge.

The club are determined to stamp out anti-Semitic abuse, which has marred this fixture over the years.

In a statement released on Friday, Chelsea are encouraging supporters to report any wrongdoing via various platforms.

It read: “Chelsea FC anticipate a passionate atmosphere when we play Tottenham and we ask for the support to remain respectful.

“In the past, a small minority have tarred this derby with abhorrent anti-Semitic abuse.

“It is our belief such behaviour has no place in football or society.

“If you hear discriminatory chants, report it to a police officer or steward, or use Wembley Stadium’s text service.

“We ask everyone attending to refrain from any violent, threatening or offensive behaviour.

“The police hope that all supporters have a fantastic day. They will however deal with criminality and anti-social behaviour in a positive way so that those law-abiding fans do not have to tolerate the bad behaviour of the minority.

“Chelsea will ban any of our supporters shown to be involved.”
