Crystal Palace closing in £7m transfer for Vicente Guaita as goalkeeper arrives from Getafe

Crystal Palace are close to signing Spanish goalkeeper Vicente Guaita from Getafe.
The 31-year-old is in London to complete a £7million move to Palace and become their third January signing.
Guaita has been first-choice goalkeeper for Getafe this season and has had an impressive campaign in La Liga, conceding just 18 goals in 18 matches.
Palace boss Roy Hodgson has alternated between Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni this season but wants a third goalkeeper.

Palace have already completed the signing of defender Jaroslaw Jach , 23, for around £2million on a three-and-a-half contract. Erdal Rakip, 21, has also joined on loan from Benfica.
