Harry Kane has won the Premier League Golden Boot award for the second consecutive season.

The Tottenham striker finished the season with 29 goals despite missing nine games of the season.

Kane moved ahead of Romelu Lukaku on Thursday night by scoring four goals in a 6-1 victory at Leicester City, and the Spurs striker wrapped it up in style on Sunday.

Kane scored another hat-trick as Tottenham ran out 7-1 winners against Hull City at the KCOM Stadium.

The 23-year-old finishes above Romelu Lukaku, with Everton striker having scored 25 league goals, while Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez comes in third place with 24.

Kane has now scored 78 Premier League goals in 116 appearances. That equates to a goal every 1.4 appearances.

It caps an impressive season for Tottenham, who finished second behind champions Chelsea, their highest league finish of the Premier League era.
