Home front: Robinho wants to remain in Brazil with Santos

Robinho does not want to return to England and is desperate for Santos to buy him from Manchester City.

The Brazil forward failed to live up to his £32.5million price tag at City but has thrived at Santos, where his loan spell has just finished.

"It's not easy to convince the English to agree to a deal but I trust the leaders of Santos to be successful," he said. "I think I belong in Brazil more than the Premier League."
