From Chelsea's Falcao to Manchester United's Depay: Seven stars who could light up the opening weekend

Premier League clubs have been busy since the close of the 2014/15 season, with many choosing to strengthen their squads by dipping into the transfer market this summer.

While champions Chelsea have been relatively quiet - only replacing goalkeeper Petr Cech with Asmir Begovic and Didier Drogba with striker Radamel Falcao - clubs such as Liverpool and Manchester United have taken advantage of the window to make several big-name signings.

Newly-promoted sides Bournemouth, Watford and Norwich have also made moves in the transfer market as they aim to seal their place in the top-flight next year, with the likes of Max Gradel, Etienne Capoue and Robbie Brady coming in respectively.
