England have confirmed their squad for the Under-17 European Championships that will kick off in the Midlands and South Yorkshire later this week, with Arsenal providing six of the 20-man group.

Vontae Daley-Campbell, Bukayo Saka, Trae Coyle, Xavier Amaechi, Flo Balogun and Tyreece-John Jules will represent the Gunners in Steve Cooper’s squad, for a tournament that kicks off on Friday night.

Fulham goalkeeper Luca Ashby-Hammond, West Ham defender Ajibola Alese and Chelsea midfielder Tino Anjorin will also be part of the England side, who are expected to be among the leading contenders to win the tournament.

All six Arsenal representatives played a crucial role in the Gunners passage to the FA Youth Cup Final for the first time in nine years, though their campaign ended in disappointment as they were beaten 7-1 by Chelsea on aggregate.
