Slaven Bilic: West Ham should be proud of record points total - but there's no stopping during run-in

Slaven Bilic has urged West Ham's players to be proud of achieving the club's highest ever Premier League points total, but warned they must maintain their momentum if a European place is to be secured.

The Hammers eased to victory against West Brom this afternoon, courtesy of a Cheikhou Kouyate header and Mark Noble brace, to extend their unbeaten record to 10 games.

Victory at the Hawthorns also helped West Ham climb above Manchester United in the table on goal difference ahead of the Red Devils' encounter with Leicester on Sunday.

West Ham could now edge out Louis van Gaal's side in the race for Europe and Bilic has called for his side not to rest on their laurels during the run-in.

"It's a record for West Ham - I said it to the boys - they should be proud," Bilic told Sky Sports.

"But there are still three games to go, we're in a good position and there's no stopping.

"With Manchester United it's very open. But with Arsenal and Manchester City it's not very likely.

"Our target - now it's realistic to qualify for Europe. All we can do is go game by game. It's all in our hands," the Croatian added.

West Ham face Swansea, United and Stoke City during the run-in.
