Tammy Abraham says has signed a new five year contract at Chelsea.

The 19-year-old striker, who is expected to join Swansea on loan now that he has agreed terms at Stamford Bridge, is set to see his salary increase to £50,000-a-week.

Abraham confirmed the deal on social media, posting an image of himself putting pen to paper. The post was subsequently deleted.

Chelsea eventually hope to integrate Abraham, who scored 26 goals on loan at Bristol City last season, into their first-team but the striker is set to spend a season on loan at a Premier League rival.

Newcastle and Brighton were both keen to bring in Abraham, who spearheaded England's Under-21 side at the Euros earlier this summer, but Standard Sport revealed last month that the highly-rated young striker was bound for the Liberty Stadium.
